REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No Refunds on Peer-to-Peer Transactions

Barabar is a record-keeping platform. We do not process the money ourselves. When you settle a debt, money moves directly from your UPI App to your friend's bank account. Barabar cannot reverse, refund, or cancel these transactions. If you sent money to the wrong person, please contact your bank or the recipient directly.

2. Service Fees

Barabar is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features (e.g., Gift Cards) in the future, specific refund terms will apply to those purchases only.

3. "As Is" Service

Barabar provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by banking systems, UPI apps, or internet connectivity.
